Intercomp processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2001 – Chap.440 of the Laws of Malta.
We only collect identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by our clients (existing or prospective).
When a client provides this type of identifiable information to us, we use it solely for the purposes for which it was provided. Our policy is not to share personally identifiable information with third parties, unless permitted/required by law, or unless explicitly permitted by the client.
We recognise that your information is valuable and we take all reasonable measures to protect it while it is in our custody. We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. All employees follow a firm wide security policy. Only authorised personnel are provided access to personally identifiable information and these employees have agreed to ensure confidentiality of this information.
It is our policy to send direct marketing material related to our products and services to our clients. Recipients have a right to request not to receive direct marketing material by informing us in writing.
We strive to keep all our records up to date. Should there be any reason to update the records we hold about you, you may inform us in writing.
Anyone may make a written request asking whether personal data is held by us. If personal data relating to that individual is actually held will respond promptly, giving information about the information held.
