Nokia Care Point


Intercomp is the only Nokia Care Point (NCP) in Malta and was awarded this certification after having its staff undergo intensive training in the servicing and repair of Nokia mobile phones.

The NCP appointment allows Intercomp to provide first and second level Electromechanical & Mechanical repairs and also software upgrades which serve to satisfy the majority of repairs required on the island. Third & Fourth level repairs (comprising a small minority of repairs) are mandatorily shipped by Intercomp to a nearby overseas Nokia appointed hub for immediate repair and return.

Intercomp also offers a full 24 month parts and labour guarantee to all Nokia mobile phone users who have purchased their Nokia phone through the official channel* while out of warranty repairs are provided on all Nokia phones.

All Nokia phones provided by Intercomp and its authorised dealers carry an Intercomp Warranty Card which is to be signed and returned to Intercomp in order to validate and activate the warranty on the phone.

Always look out for the official Intercomp Warranty Card, which is found in every Nokia phone sales package from our authorized dealers. This card entitles you to 24 months parts and labour warranty on your phone and 6 months on the battery.
