Besides distribution and installation of full IT solutions covering both hardware and bespoke software, the Group provides full support services and is also active in a number of ancillary activities such as paper handling, plastic card printing, MICR document printing and mobile communications.
Intercomp Group enjoys an excellent reputation for providing prompt, efficient and comprehensive support. We have a trained and specialised workforce as well as a fully equipped repair centre. The Group staff complement is currently 79.
Besides actively servicing the corporate sector with it’s vast array of I.T. products and services, Intercomp is also a significant player in the retail sector by way of it’s state of the art shop located on the ground floor of our office building in Aldo Moro Road, Marsa. A second Intercomp retail outlet was launched in March 2010 in the prestigious Tigné Point Shopping Mall.
Other than the above we have also established a reseller channel and work closely with our partners to continue to develop our mutual business.

I.S.O. Quality since 1998
Intercomp achieved International Standards Organization (ISO) registration for its management, administrative and information technology services, and its software development, and maintenance in September 1998. Auditor British Standards Institute, Inc. (BSi) found Intercomp to be within compliance of the ISO 9002:1994 standard; and in July 2003 successfully achieved ISO registration for ISO 9001:2000 standard. Subsequently in August 2009 the ISO registration was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 - the latest standard to date.
Standards compliance is becoming a necessity and the mark of success, and certification was and remains a significant milestone for Intercomp in its quality management system and continuous process for improvement.
BSi periodically evaluates Intercomp’s Quality Program organisation, management, process documentation, training and quality records for objective evidence of compliance to the standard. Staff is also interviewed to assess their personal commitment to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
